and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam comments?

When I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
Is there a means you can remove me from that service? Appreciate
